Prestige means: Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates in each case controlled by Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (including, without limitation, Medtech Products Inc.), and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each. After the Acquisition, Prestige shall include Insight.

Nothing in this provision shall be construed to prevent HTI from advertising the availability of its catalog through printed advertisements. QVC and HTI acknowledge and agree that Consumer Products integrating Hydron Polymer technology shall only be Promoted under the "Hydron" trademark.
