Preexisting Plan definition

Preexisting Plan means the Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. Amended and Restated 2005 Employee and Director Equity Incentive Plan. Upon approval by the Plan by the Company’s shareholders, no further awards will be issued under the Preexisting Plan, although the Preexisting Plan will remain in effect after the Company’s shareholders approve the Plan for purposes of determining any grantee’s right to awards issued under the Preexisting Plan before that date.
Preexisting Plan means the Stock and Incentive Plan of Minerals Technologies Inc. (as amended and restated as of February 22,2001).
