CenterPoint may retain Confidential Information provided to it by Potential Supplier for the period of time Potential Supplier becomes an actual Supplier of natural gas pursuant to terms and conditions of a supporting Pooling or Supply Agreement between the Parties.
Potential Supplier represents that it possesses the requisite skill and experience to supply natural gas to CenterPoint and/or CenterPoint customers.
