PM Emission Rate definition

PM Emission Rate means the number of pounds of PM emitted per million BTU of heat input (lb/mmBTU).

  • The reference methods and procedures for performing PM stack tests for filterable PM and for determining compliance with the PM Emission Rate shall be the applicable reference methods and procedures specified in the relevant Clean Air Act permit for the plant.
