PM Emission Rate definition

PM Emission Rate means the number of pounds of PM emitted per million BTU of heat input (lb/mmBTU).
PM Emission Rate means the number of pounds of PM emitted per million BTU of heat input (lb/mmBTU), as measured in annual stack tests in accordance with EPA Method 5, 5B, or 17, 40 C.F.R. Part 60, including Appendix A.

PM Emission Rate means the number of pounds of filterable PM emitted per million British thermal units of heat input (“lb/mmBTU”), as measured in accordance with this Consent Decree.
