Crude Oil Pipelines definition

Crude Oil Pipelines means the Lion Crude Pipelines and the Gathering System.
Crude Oil Pipelines means Owner’s pipelines at the Refinery for the transportation of Crude Oil, set forth on Schedule B-1, together with all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other tangible personal property owned or used by Owner in the ownership, operation, and maintenance thereof and all future modifications or additions thereto.
Crude Oil Pipelines means (a) the pipelines described on Exhibit A attached hereto and (b) any other pipeline that transports Crude Oil in which the Operating Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries acquires, after the date hereof, an ownership interest or the right to use all or a portion of its capacity.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.
