Personal Budget definition
Personal Budget means an indicative allocation of funding for a Service User based on an assessment of their need which may be taken via a direct payment or through care managed support. Person Centred: means the process of putting the Service User and their Nominated Representative at the heart of the decision making process, ensuring personal outcomes for all Service Users.
Personal Budget means the cost to the Council of meeting the needs identified in the care plan.
