Examples of Permitted Capacity in a sentence
If Licensee’s use exceeds the Permitted Capacity, Licensee must purchase additional Permitted Capacity sufficient for the excess use.
Licensee understands that its right to use the Products is limited by the Permitted Capacity purchased, and Licensee’s use may in no event exceed the Permitted Capacity authorized under the applicable Order.
