The Permitted Capacity may be defined during the registration process or on an Order Form.
Customer may submit a request to increase Permitted Capacity at any time, and, upon execution of an Order Form, Customer will pay fees due for such increase at a prorated amount for the remainder of Customer’s then-current Subscription Term.
Customer and its Affiliate's combined use may in no event exceed the Permitted Capacity authorized under the applicable Order.
Customer’s order details (e.g., scope of use including Permitted Capacity, Subscription Term, and Fees) will be as stated in the order form placed by Partner with Picus on Customer’s behalf (“Partner Order”).
