Permitted Capacity means the number of Devices, Nodes, Seats, Users, or other license metrics as set forth in the Order. “Products” means Software, Databases, Database Updates, Software Upgrades, together with applicable Documentation and media, and if purchased pursuant to an Order, Technical Support, Cloud Services, and Services Offerings.

Permitted Capacity means the total airspace volume in cubic yards allowed for disposal at the facility under the most recently issued permit. It includes airspace already filled by previous disposal activities, before the start of the permit; estimated fill volumes to be used during the ten-year term of the current permit, including cover systems; and may also include estimated fill volumes and cover systems that would be used during an additional "follow-on" period extending up to five years past the current permit's expiration date, provided that the permittee has submitted detailed engineering plans for the use and closure of that follow-on disposal space.

• The Permitted Capacity may be defined during the registration process or on an Order Form.
