Permanent Global Notes definition

Permanent Global Notes is defined in Section 6.3.

Permanent Global Notes means the Class A Permanent Global Note, the Class B Permanent Global Note and the Class C Permanent Global Note;

Permanent Global Notes means each Class A Permanent Global Note, each Class B Permanent Global Note and each Class C Permanent Global Note;

Examples of Permanent Global Notes in a sentence

• Simultaneously with the authentication of Regulation S Permanent Global Notes, the Trustee shall cancel the Regulation S Temporary Global Note.

• The provisions of the “Operating Procedures of the Euroclear System” and “Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Euroclear” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Clearstream Banking” and “Customer Handbook” of Clearstream shall be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Notes that are held by Participants through Euroclear or Clearstream.

• The aggregate principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Notes may from time to time be increased or decreased by adjustments made on the records of the Trustee and the Depositary or its nominee, as the case may be, in connection with transfers of interest as hereinafter provided.

• Following the termination of the Restricted Period, beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Note shall be exchanged for beneficial interests in Regulation S Permanent Global Notes pursuant to the Applicable Procedures.

• Until this Regulation S Temporary Global Note is exchanged for one or more Regulation S Permanent Global Notes, the Holder hereof shall not be entitled to receive payments of interest hereon; until so exchanged in full, this Regulation S Temporary Global Note shall in all other respects be entitled to the same benefits as other Notes under the Indenture.

More Definitions of Permanent Global Notes

Permanent Global Notes means any permanent global note representing any class of Notes;

Permanent Global Notes has the meaning specified in Section 6.2 of this Series Supplement.

Permanent Global Notes means each Class A Permanent Global Note, each Class B Permanent Global Note and each Permanent Global Note in respect of an issue of New Notes;

Permanent Global Notes means the Senior Funding Permanent Global Note, the Participating Permanent Global Note and the Registered Global Note.

Permanent Global Notes means all Permanent Regulation S Global Notes and all Permanent Rule 144A Global Notes.

Permanent Global Notes means the Class A Permanent Global Note and/or the Class B Permanent Global Note and/or the Class C Permanent Global Note (or any of them);

Permanent Global Notes means any permanent global note representing any Notes in, or substantially in, the form set out in the Fiscal Agency Agreement.
