Penetration Rate definition

Penetration Rate means the proportion of Title IV-E eligible children within the total Tribal xxxxxx care population; this ratio is also referred to as the “Title IV-E penetration rate” and is used to calculate the Tribe’s administrative and training claims.
Penetration Rate shall have the meaning given to it in Section 14(a) of this Agreement. “Project” shall mean the work undertaken to accomplish the Project Requirement.
Penetration Rate means, with respect to any Contributed Neighborhood, the number of fiber Broadband Units in such Contributed Neighborhood divided by the number of fiber Passed Locations in such Contributed Neighborhood.
