Peer review program definition

Peer review program means the sponsoring organization’s entire peer review process, including but not limited to the standards for administering, performing, and reporting on peer reviews, oversight procedures, training, and related guidance materials.
Peer review program means a study, appraisal, or review of one or more aspects of the professional work of a person or firm or sole practitioner in the practice of public accounting to determine the degree of compliance by the firm or sole practitioner with professional standards and practices, conducted by persons who hold current licenses to practice public accounting under the laws of this or another state and who are not affiliated with the firm or sole practitioner being reviewed certified or licensed under this Act, including quality review, peer review, practice monitoring, quality assurance, and similar programs undertaken voluntarily or as a prerequisite to the providing of professional services under government requirements, or any similar internal review or inspection that is required by professional standards.
Peer review program means the entire peer review process of a peer review administering organization.
