Paved Surface definition

Paved Surface means a surface constructed of bitumen, concrete, brick or other appropriate material determined by the Joint Venturers.

More Definitions of Paved Surface

Paved Surface means a constructed hard, smooth surface made of asphalt, concrete or other pavement material. Examples include, but are not limited to, roads, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.
Paved Surface means any form of pavement used on any street in the District, whether such pavement is composed of concrete, asphalt, oil, gravel, crushed rock, or any combination of said forms of pavement.
