Past definition

Past means the behavior occurred from eight days to five years of the assessment date. For behaviors indicated as past, the department determines whether the behavior is addressed with current interventions or whether no interven- tions are in place.
Past customer or “Past” licensee shall refer to any former customer or licensee of Employer within one year of their having ceased to be a customer or licensee of Employer.
