Participating Site means a premises nominated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Petroleum from time to time as accepting Cards and which may vary or change for any reason without notice;

• Sponsoring Institution understands that its residents will not be covered by or entitled to any social security, unemployment compensation, retirement, pension and/or any other benefits programs or workers’ compensation program offered or provided by Participating Site, and no resident shall have any right, title or claim to participate in the same.

• Since Sponsoring Institution cannot claim the residents on its cost report for graduate medical education reimbursement from the CMS, the Participating Site shall reimburse Sponsoring Institution or its affiliate as may be described under Section 7 herein for the applicable pro rata portion of any resident’s salary and benefits.

• The applicable Program Director, Site Director and program faculty at the Participating Site are together responsible for the day-to-day activities of the residents during the course of the educational experiences at the Participating Site in furtherance of the goals and objectives.

Participating Site means (i) the Amazon Site, (ii) each Amazon Affiliate Site, (iii) each Processed Merchant Site, and (iv) each other website or application where Amazon Customers may purchase Eligible Products and through which Affirm and Amazon agree to provide Program Credit in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of sites include: a university, a medical school, a teaching hospital which includes its ambulatory clinics and related facilities, a private medical practice or group practice, a nursing home, a school of public health, a health department, a federally qualified health center, a public health agency, an organized health care delivery system, a health maintenance organization (HMO), a medical examiner’s office, a consortium or an educational foundation.

Participating Site means any Development Site other than an Exempt Site. An "Exempt Site" is any Development Site that either: (i) is the Arena Parcel (as defined in that certain Agreement of Arena Lease to be entered into between Brooklyn Area Local Development Corporation and Brooklyn Events Center, LLC); (ii) contains any residential building (other than a building that participates in the so-called 80-20 program) containing a number of affordable housing units (as such term is used in the MGPP) that is more than twenty-one percent (21 %) of the total number of housing units in such building; or (iii) is otherwise so designated by the City.
