PacifiCorp s Area” means the entirety of the Site that is not included in the Construction Area, as the same may exist from time to time.

PacifiCorp s Cost to Cover” means the positive difference, if any, between (a) the time weighted average of the Firm Market Price Index for each day for which the determination is being made, and (b) the Contract Price in effect on such days, stated as an amount per MWh.

PacifiCorp means PacifiCorp, a regulated utility company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon.
PacifiCorp s Drawings” means all the drawings and information provided by PacifiCorp to Developer under this Agreement or in connection with the RFP issued by PacifiCorp in anticipation of this Agreement, other than any drawings and information provided by or through PacifiCorp Transmission.
PacifiCorp s Representative” means the natural Person designated as such by PacifiCorp pursuant to Section 8.3(a).
