Opinions definition

Opinions means the favorable written legal opinions of (a) Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, LLP, counsel to Borrower, (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Nevada counsel to Borrower, (c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, a professional corporation, New Jersey counsel to Borrower, (d) ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, Mississippi counsel to Borrower, and (e) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ PLLC, Michigan counsel to Borrower, together with copies of all factual certificates and legal opinions upon which such counsel has relied.
Opinions means the opinions dated June 16, 2008 provided by UBS as set forth in Appendix “H” and “I”.
Opinions means letter of Facilitate Operation and Reform(Guo Jing Mao Qi Gai[1999] No.230)issued by the State Council for Economics and Trade of the PRC and China Securities Regulatory Commission.

More Definitions of Opinions
