Operating Term definition

Operating Term means, with respect to any Hotel, the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 2.01.
Operating Term means that period of time referred to in Section 3 hereof.
Operating Term means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s). “Operator” - shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

More Definitions of Operating Term

Operating Term means the initial operating term referred to in Clause 5 and any extension thereof.
