OP GUARANTOR definition

OP GUARANTOR means Newcourt Credit Group USA Inc., or any Person that shall guaranty the obligations of a Transferor under the Operative Documents in accordance with Section 7.1 of the Participation Agreement.

OP GUARANTOR means the Guarantor or any Person that shall guaranty the obligations of a Transferee under the Operative Documents in accordance with Section 9.1(a) of the Participation Agreement.

OP GUARANTOR means the Equity Investor or any Person that shall guaranty the obligations of an OP Transferee under the Operative Documents in accordance with Section 7.1(a) of the Participation Agreement.
