Occupied Building definition

Occupied Building means a residence, school, hospital, church, public library or other building used for public gathering that is occupied or in use when the permit application is submitted.

More Definitions of Occupied Building

Occupied Building means a stand-alone structure occupied by residential tenants or residential subtenants and does not include other stand-alone buildings located on the property or detached common area facilities; and
Occupied Building means any structure erected and intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy, or use by human beings or animals, and from which structure sanitary sewage and industrial wastes, or either thereof, is or may be discharged.
