Notice of Third Party Claim has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.4.1.

• Time for Submission: The requesting party shall submit a Request Form to the Claims Administrator within 60 days after the date of the Notice of Third Party Claim Dispute from the Claims Administrator.
