Examples of Notice of Third Party Claim in a sentence
Such third party claim must be notified to the SELLERS within the first quarter of the time limit set for filing opposition in accordance with the applicable Procedural and Material Law or, if no time limit for filing opposition is provided by law, no later than five (5) working days after the PURCHASER becomes aware of the third party claim in question (hereinafter the "Notice of Third Party Claim").
Within the second quarter of the period required to prepare and file opposition in accordance with the Procedural and Material Law applicable to the third party claim or, if no such period for filing opposition is provided by law, within five (5) business days after the Notice of Third Party Claim, the SELLERS shall communicate in writing to the PURCHASER whether or not they intend to defend such claim.
Time for Submission: The requesting party shall submit a Request Form to the Claims Administrator within 20 days after the date of the Notice of Third Party Claim Dispute from the Claims Administrator.
Such Notice of Third Party Claim shall be accompanied by copies of all relevant documentation with respect to such Third Party Claim, including, without limitation, any summons, complaint or other pleading that may have been served, any written demand or any other relevant document or instrument.
Time for Submission: The requesting party shall submit a Request Form to the Claims Administrator within 60 days after the date of the Notice of Third Party Claim Dispute from the Claims Administrator.
