Each of the Initial Note A-1 Holder and the Initial Note A-2 Holder hereby notifies each other that a Pledge of its related Note has been effected to Bank of Montreal as Note Pledgee as of the date hereof (“BMO Note Pledgee”), and each other Note Holder acknowledges receipt of such notice and agrees that such notice satisfies the notice obligation of each such Pledging Note Holder set forth in the immediately preceding sentence.
As of the date hereof and until further notice from the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Non-Lead Master Servicer or another party acting on its behalf), the Initial Note A-2 Holder is a Non-Controlling Note Holder.
