Northbound Trading means the trading of China Connect Securities by Hong Kong and overseas investors through Stock Connect.

Examples of Northbound Trading in a sentence

  • Physical deposit and withdrawal of China Connect Securities are not available under the Northbound Trading.

  • Northbound Trading follows the settlement cycle of A shares listed on the relevant China Connect Market.

  • If any of the exchanges is not open or if the banks in either Hong Kong or Mainland China are not open for money settlement business, the Client will not be able to conduct any Northbound Trading.
