No Additional Agreements. The Company does not have any agreement or understanding with any Buyer with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents other than as specified in the Transaction Documents.
No Additional Agreements. The Parent does not have any agreement or understanding with the Shareholders with respect to the Transactions other than as specified in this Agreement.
No Additional Agreements. The Company does not have any agreement or understanding with any Subscribers with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement other than as specified in this Agreement.

Other than with respect to closing mechanics, the Company has no other agreements or understandings (including, without limitation, side letters) with any Purchaser or other person to purchase any of the Securities on terms more favorable to such person than as set forth herein.

For the avoidance of doubt, each Purchaser has the same rights with respect to the purchase of Shares as each of the other Purchasers other than as explicitly set forth herein or in any of the other Transaction Documents.
No Additional Agreements. Buyer does not have any understanding with Seller with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement other than as specified in this Agreement, and the other Transaction Documents.
No Additional Agreements. Neither the Company nor any Affiliate has any agreement or understanding with any Purchaser with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Transaction Documents other than as specified in this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.
