Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, this Agreement will be terminated by the LFC on 12 months’ notice should the NIPA come to an end for any reason, but if it does so any Service Order with a Minimum Service Term that has not yet expired will continue until the expiry of that Minimum Service Term (subject to the Service Provider’s continued payment of the Charges).
