With respect to Eligible Mortgage Loans, the Trustee agrees to cause the Custodian to review the Mortgage Documentation delivered to the Custodian no later than 90 days after the Closing Date or, if received by the Custodian after the initial 90-day period, promptly after its delivery to the Custodian.
On the Closing Date, Agent shall have received final executed copies of the Chase Mortgage Documentation, which shall be satisfactory to Agent in all respects.
