Monthly Operating Report definition

Monthly Operating Report has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(l).
Monthly Operating Report means a report with respect to the Company and EMC, collectively, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit K."
Monthly Operating Report or “MOR” means a report form provided or approved by the Commissioner for use by a permittee in submitting data to the Department related to the operation of a facility.

More Definitions of Monthly Operating Report

Monthly Operating Report shall have the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement.
Monthly Operating Report means a monthly management report for the applicable period prepared by Seller in the form set forth in Schedule MOR, including technical discussions of capacity availability, outages, energy production, operations and maintenance. financial variances and health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance of the Project and attaching reports covering such matters as have been covered in reports previously provided by Seller or are otherwise reasonably requested by any Purchaser.
Monthly Operating Report means a report as to the operations of the LaRonde Mine, the construction, development and operations of the Goldex Mine and the construction, development and operations of any additional Mines constituting Included Property acquired by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries in accordance with this Agreement, and certain other required information, in the form or substantially in the form last delivered to the "Administrative Agent" under the Existing Credit Agreement.
Monthly Operating Report means a Monthly Management Report for the applicable period substantially in the form of those provided by Seller and delivered to Purchaser prior to the Effective Date, including therein technical discussions of energy management, financial results, operations and maintenance and regulatory compliance, with attached reports covering such matters as have been covered in reports previously provided by Seller or are otherwise reasonably requested by Purchaser.
