MLP Units definition

MLP Units means the common units of the MLP.

MLP Units means any Equity Interests (other than IDRs) of an MLP.

• Upon the payment of the Phantom MLP Units and DERs, the Company will cause all taxes due as required by applicable law to be withheld.
