Mixed Election definition

Mixed Election has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b)(iii).
Mixed Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

Examples of Mixed Election in a sentence

  • The Form of Election shall be used by each record holder of shares of Company Common Stock (or, in the case of nominee record holders, the beneficial owner through proper instructions and documentation) to make a Cash Election, a Share Election or a Mixed Election.

  • After a Cash Election, a Share Election or a Mixed Election is properly made with respect to any shares of Company Common Stock, no further registration of transfers of such shares of Company Common Stock shall be made on the stock transfer books of the Company, unless and until such Cash Election, Share Election or Mixed Election is properly revoked.
