Mitigation Credit definition

Mitigation Credit has the meaning set forth in Clause 16.4.
Mitigation Credit means credits issued by District pursuant to the Mitigation Agreement, as further defined therein.
Mitigation Credit or “credit” means a standard unit of measure which represents the increase in ecological value resulting from restoration, enhancement, preservation, or creation activities.
