Member Register means the Schedule A attached to this Agreement entitled “Member Register,” as such schedule may be amended by the Board of Directors from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. “[***]” means [***].

Member Register or “Register” means the register, or part thereof, of Members maintained by nib and identified as being serviced by the Servicing Adviser.

• Each Additional Member shall have all the rights and obligations of a Member holding the Interests purchased by such Additional Member as specified on the Member Register.

More Definitions of Member Register

Member Register means the Register of Members.

Member Register of a company means a register of members of the company kept under Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act.

Member Register means the register of Players kept and maintained by Tennis Emirates detailing an accurate list of the individual Members registered by or through an Affiliate;

Member Register means the register of members of the Association which contains the name and address of each member;

Member Register has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
