Member Entity definition

Member Entity means any California public entity which is a party signatory to this Agreement including any other agency for which the City Council sits as the Governing board.
Member Entity means a signatory to the Agreement establishing the Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance Authority.
Member Entity means any of the following entities located in the counties of Bullitt, Hardin, Jefferson, Meade, or Oldham, that are participating in or that are eligible to participate in a regional wastewater commission:

Examples of Member Entity in a sentence

  • Vendor agrees to pay the participation fee to TIPS for all Agreement sales upon receipt of payment including partial payment, from the Member Entity or as otherwise agreed by TIPS in writing and signed by an authorized signatory of TIPS.
