Examples of Measurement Window in a sentence
Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the Service Management Manual, or the CMDB, Critical Uptime equals the total number of minutes in the Measurement Window.
Critical Uptime Means the aggregate number of minutes in the specified period(s) in the applicable Measurement Window during which a defined Service component is required to be Available.
In such circumstances, the results will be reported as the absolute number of missed tickets during the Measurement Window, instead of the percent of tickets missed.
