MCG Health, LLC, its affiliated companies and/or other entities are independent companies that develop evidence based guidelines and criteria for medical, behavioral health and insurance industries to interpret clinical determinations and determine the Medical Necessity and appropriateness of requested services, procedures, devices and supplies.
Grade elevation errors, rework resulting from errors or failures of the MCG system, and associated quantity adjustments resulting from the Contractor’s activities are at no cost to the Department.
