Maximum LTV Ratio definition

Maximum LTV Ratio means an LTV Ratio of [***].
Maximum LTV Ratio means, in respect of any LTV Test Date and the determination of the LTV Ratio, the percentage rate calculated by reference to the table below: Test Date Maximum LTV Ratio 31 December 2023 eighty per cent. Maximum LTV Ratio means, as of any date of determination, 22.5%, as such percentage may be adjusted from time to time by Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

More Definitions of Maximum LTV Ratio

Maximum LTV Ratio means 85.0%.
Maximum LTV Ratio has the meaning given to such term in the Fee and Ratio Letter;

The Appraisal must also address, to Lender's satisfaction, market rents, vacancy and tenant improvement and leasing commission costs, all of which will be among the items used by Lender in determining cash flow available for debt service.
