Maximum Hourly Quantity definition

Maximum Hourly Quantity or "MHQ" shall mean the maximum MMBtu Company is obligated to deliver or receive for customer’s account in any single hour. Company shall not be obligated to agree to a maximum hourly quantity greater than 1/15 of the MDQ.
Maximum Hourly Quantity or "MHQ" shall mean the maximum hourly offtake rate (expressed in kWh) at any time during the Day for a Shipper's Natural Gas delivered to an Entry Point or to be offtaken at an Offtake Point;
Maximum Hourly Quantity or “MHQ” means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ’s) which CRP is obliged to transport and deliver to a particular Delivery Point on behalf of the User in any Hour (excluding Overruns).

More Definitions of Maximum Hourly Quantity

Maximum Hourly Quantity or "MHQ" means the maximum quantity of gas which may be offtaken from an Exit Point by a Shipper in any hour in respect of Firm Capacity set out in its Firm Capacity Notice as it may be varied in accordance with this Code.
Maximum Hourly Quantity means the maximum hourly quantity of gas that Transporter shall be obligated to deliver to or for the account of Shipper pursuant to a Service Agreement under Rate Schedule NTS-S.
Maximum Hourly Quantity or “MHQ” means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obliged to transport and deliver for or on behalf of the User in any Hour (excluding Overruns).
Maximum Hourly Quantity or “MHQ” means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which APT(NSW) is obliged to transport and deliver to a particular Delivery Point for or on behalf of the User in any Hour (excluding Overruns).
