Matching Grant definition
Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient, through APIX, out of the proceeds of the Credit to a Beneficiary, for the purpose of financing activities under Part B.2 of the Project;
Matching Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made under Part B.2(b) of the Schedule 1 to this Agreement to a Beneficiary for the financing of a Sub- project; and “Matching Grants” means, collectively, all such grants.
Matching Grant means a grant to be made to a Sub-Grant Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for a Sub-Project under Parts A.2(B) or B.1(A)(i) of the Project, for which the Sub-Grant Beneficiary must provide a matching contribution (in cash or in kind), as further detailed in the PIM.

The Recipient, through the PIU, shall exercise its rights and carry out its obligations under each Matching Grant Agreement in such manner as to protect the interests of the Recipient and the Association and to accomplish the objectives of the Project.
