Marketable Parcel definition

Marketable Parcel means all or part of a User’s Contracted Capacity which the User reasonably expects:
Marketable Parcel means a number of Shares equal to a marketable parcel as defined in the Listing Rules, calculated on the day before the Company gives notice under clause 14.2;
Marketable Parcel means a number of CDIs equal to a marketable parcel as defined in the ASX Listing Rules and the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, calculated on the day before the Corporation gives notice under Section 7.10(B).

  • Awards may be exercised in one or more parcels of any size, provided that the number of Shares issued upon exercise of the number of Awards in any parcel is not less than a Marketable Parcel.

More Definitions of Marketable Parcel

Marketable Parcel has the meaning given to that term in the ASX Listing Rules. Nominee means a nominee of an Eligible Participant that is one of the following:
Marketable Parcel means in relation to a Financial Product, the number determined by an Approved Market Operator to be a marketable parcel.
Marketable Parcel means the number of Securities which in aggregate constitutes a marketable parcel of Securities within the meaning of the Listing Rules.
Marketable Parcel means the number of Shares which in aggregate constitutes a marketable parcel of shares in the Company within the meaning of the Listing Rules.
