Awards may be exercised in one or more parcels of any size, provided that the number of Shares issued upon exercise of the number of Awards in any parcel is not less than a Marketable Parcel.
Target must register valid registrable transmission applications or transfers of the kind referred to in clause 7.1(b) by no later than the Record Date (provided that for the avoidance of doubt nothing in this clause 7.2(b) requires Target to register a transfer that would result in a Target Shareholder holding a parcel of Target Shares that is less than a Marketable Parcel).
