To the extent that the Account Bank makes any withdrawals to make payments of amounts in the manner described in this clause (g), such amounts shall not be included in the Manager Report to be paid on any subsequent Payment Date pursuant to the Priority of Payments.
Any Retained Collections Contribution made following a Collection Period, but on or before the related Payment Date may, at the Borrower’s discretion as designated in the applicable Manager Report, be included in Aggregate Annualized Run Rate Net Cash Flow as of the related determination date.
Mandatory prepayments shall be deposited into the Collection Account and applied in accordance with the Priority of Payments as set forth in the applicable Manager Report (without duplication and to the extent that a mandatory prepayment applies on the applicable Payment Date, then only the greatest amount shall apply).
All such allocations by the Account Bank shall be based solely on the information set forth in the Manager Report.
In no event shall the Account Bank or the Administrative Agent have any obligation to recalculate or verify the information contained in the Manager Report nor shall the Account Bank or the Administrative Agent have any liability therefor.
