Manager Report definition

Manager Report shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Management Agreement.
Manager Report. This term has the meaning set forth in Appendix A to the Indenture.

Examples of Manager Report in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Account Bank makes any withdrawals to make payments of amounts in the manner described in this clause (g), such amounts shall not be included in the Manager Report to be paid on any subsequent Payment Date pursuant to the Priority of Payments.

More Definitions of Manager Report

Manager Report. A written informational statement in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Management Agreement to be provided by the Manager in accordance with the Management Agreement and furnished to the Indenture Trustee.
