He shall keep in safe custody the seal of the Company and, when authorized by the Management Directors, affix the same to any instrument requiring it, and when so affixed, it may be attested by his signature or by the signature of the Treasurer or an Assistant Secretary.
The Assistant Secretaries shall perform the duties as are given to them by this Agreement or as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Management Directors or by the Secretary.
