Managed Equipment definition

Managed Equipment means any CPE or other equipment that is listed in the Order Form as Managed Equipment for the
Managed Equipment means the third-party equipment listed in Part A of Schedule 4.2 that is managed by ▇▇▇▇▇ Systems as part of the Services.

More Definitions of Managed Equipment

Managed Equipment means any intermodal trailer or domestic container that is owned by a Person other than Seller and the Designated Subsidiaries and that is managed by Seller or any Designated Subsidiary for the benefit of such Person pursuant to a Management Agreement.
