LTIP Awards definition
LTIP Awards has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3(a) hereof.
LTIP Awards means any and all cash-based awards granted to the Executive pursuant to the Company’s 2024 Long-Term Incentive Plan and any successor plan thereto or similar cash-based long-term incentive plans that the Company may adopt in the future.
LTIP Awards has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16(c).
Examples of LTIP Awards in a sentence
Each of Executive’s then outstanding LTIP Awards shall accelerate and become vested as to 100% of the LTIP Awards; following such vesting, payment of the LTIP Awards shall be made in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures, which payment will be made no later than the first regular payroll date occurring after the sixtieth (60th) day following the Separation.
More Definitions of LTIP Awards
LTIP Awards means the share allocation awards over Atkins Shares granted to employees and former employees of Atkins and its subsidiaries under the LTIP;
LTIP Awards means the outstanding Long-Term Incentive Plan Cash and Performance Unit Awards granted to the Severed Employee.
LTIP Awards means the nil-cost option awards over Atkins Shares granted to employees and former employees of Atkins and its subsidiaries under the LTIP;
LTIP Awards means equity incentives granted to certain directors, officers and other employees of Algoma Steel Holdings Inc., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Algoma, and/or its subsidiaries, under the Algoma Steel Holdings Inc. Long-Term Incentive Plan.
LTIP Awards means Director Units, Incentive RSUs and Incentive PSUs granted under the LTIP.
LTIP Awards means Directors' LTIP Awards and Employees' LTIP Awards.
LTIP Awards has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.10(e)(i).
