Lockout Distribution Amount definition

Lockout Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the product of (a) the Class A-5 Lockout Percentage for such Payment Date and (b) the Class A-5 Pro Rata Distribution Amount for such Payment Date. In no event shall the Class A-5 Lockout Distribution Amount for a Payment Date exceed the Principal Collection Distribution Amount or the Note Balance of the Class A-5 Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date.
