Local Access definition

Local Access. (whether capitalized or not) means the portion of the Services between a Customer Site and Verizon Facilities and may be provided by Verizon or a third party.
Local Access. - means the intraLATA telecommunications facilities connecting an End User, including an SBCS-designated termination point, to an interexchange carrier's POP within the same LATA, including, but not limited to a Willxxxx XXX.
