Licensee Fee definition

Licensee Fee means and include all such charges detailed and described in clause 3 of the agreement.

More Definitions of Licensee Fee

Licensee Fee means an amount of the Full Price Service Fee Revenue paid to GDSA by Licensee for so long as this Agreement remains in effect.
