If Port of Melbourne reasonably incurs costs as a result of complying with any Legislative Requirement in relation to a Vessel, including costs concerning the provision of security or security related services, the Owner shall be liable to reimburse Port of Melbourne such costs and those costs shall be recoverable by Port of Melbourne as a debt due and payable by the Owner within thirty (30) days of the date of the relevant invoice issued by Port of Melbourne.
