Lease Schedule definition

Lease Schedule has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2(a) and is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Lease Schedule means a lease schedule substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, executed by the State and Lessor. A Lease Schedule will not include terms or conditions other than those provided in or expressly contemplated by this Master Agreement and Exhibit A.

Lease Schedule means the list of Leases attached hereto as Exhibit “D-1.”

Examples of Lease Schedule in a sentence

• The rental is payable directly into the Lessor’s bank account as set out in the Lease Schedule or such other bank account as the Lessor may from time to time direct.

• The rental payable for the period of the lease is the monthly rental per month as stated in the Lease Schedule.

• The documents required by Section 3.01(c) of the Lease Agreement to be submitted with this Amended and Restated Lease Schedule are attached hereto as Schedule D.

• At the end of the Initial Term, Lessee may elect for a Renewal Term as set forth in Article 3.3. The Lease Schedule for each Renewal Term will be the Authority’s Lease Schedule which is in effect at the beginning of each Renewal Term.

More Definitions of Lease Schedule

Lease Schedule means the list of Leases attached hereto as Disclosure Schedule 2-1.

Lease Schedule means the schedule of Leases attached as EXHIBIT F, as such schedule may be updated as permitted by this Agreement.

Lease Schedule means the schedule setting out the specific conditions and trading elements of the leasing transaction hereunder. The Lease Schedule specifies the details of the Lease Items, the Lease Term, the Rent, payment terms and other contents that need to be supplemented. In the event of a conflict between the main text of this Contract and the Lease Schedule, the later shall prevail.
