IP Security Agreements definition

IP Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreement, the Patent Security Agreement and the Copyright Security Agreement.
IP Security Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Agreement.

More Definitions of IP Security Agreements

IP Security Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.
IP Security Agreements means (a) the Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Copyrights, (b) the Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Patents and (c) the Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Trademarks, in each case dated as of the Restatement Date and executed by the Borrowers party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
IP Security Agreements means, collectively, a Patent Security Agreement in the form of Exhibit II-A hereto, a Trademark Security Agreement in the form of Exhibit II-B hereto and a Copyright Security Agreement in the form of Exhibit II-C hereto.
IP Security Agreements means, collectively, (a) those certain Intellectual Property Security Agreements entered into by and between any Credit Party and the Collateral Agent in accordance with the Loan Documents, each dated as of the Tranche A Closing Date, and (b) any Intellectual Property Security Agreement entered into by and between any Credit Party and the Collateral Agent after the Closing Date in accordance with the Loan Documents.
IP Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements, the Patent Security Agreements and the Trademark Security Agreements.
IP Security Agreements means any patent security agreement, trademark security agreement, copyright security agreement or other agreement which conveys or evidences a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Parties, or intellectual property of a Loan Party, including any amendment, modification or supplement thereto.
IP Security Agreements the collective reference to each Intellectual Property Security Agreement required to be entered into and delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Security Documents, in each case, in substantially the form of Exhibit A to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
