IP Security Agreements definition

IP Security Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Agreement.

More Definitions of IP Security Agreements

IP Security Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.
IP Security Agreements means, collectively, (a) the Copyright Security Agreement between the Loan Parties party thereto and the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, and (b) the Patent and Trademark Security Agreement between the Loan Parties party thereto and the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
IP Security Agreements means any patent security agreement, trademark security agreement, copyright security agreement or other agreement which conveys or evidences a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Parties, or intellectual property of a Loan Party, including any amendment, modification or supplement thereto.
IP Security Agreements the collective reference to each Intellectual Property Security Agreement required to be entered into and delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Security Documents, in each case, in substantially the form of Exhibit A to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
