IP Collateral definition

IP Collateral means, collectively, the Intellectual Property that constitutes Collateral under the Security Agreement.
IP Collateral means all “Intellectual Property Collateral” referred to in the Collateral Documents and all of the other IP Rights that are or are required by the terms hereof or of the Collateral Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
IP Collateral shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2 hereof.

  • Each Grantor does hereby acknowledge and confirm that the grant of the security interest hereunder to, and the rights and remedies of, the Collateral Agent with respect to the IP Collateral are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
