Insider Letters definition

Insider Letters means those certain letter agreements, dated as of [●], 2021, by and among the Company, the Sponsor and each of the Company’s officers, directors and director nominees.

  • The Company shall not take any action or omit to take any action which would cause a breach of any of the Insider Letters and will not allow any amendments to, or waivers of, such Insider Letters without the prior written consent of the Representative, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Insider Letters means those certain letter agreements, dated November 7, 2019, by and among the Company, the SPAC Sponsor and each of the Company’s officers, directors and director nominees, each as amended as of the date hereof.
