Infringes definition

Infringes mean the misappropriation or other violation of know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, and/or other Intellectual Property.
Infringes means direct infringement, indirect infringement, infringement under the doctrine of equivalents, or any other theory of infringement in any jurisdiction worldwide.
Infringes means that (or an assertion that) a given item, information, content, process, or activity directly or indirectly infringes, misappropriates, dilutes or constitutes unauthorized use of, or otherwise violates the Intellectual Property Rights of, or unfairly competes with, any Person, or otherwise constitutes unfair trade practices or false advertising; and “Infringement” and “Infringing” shall have correlative meanings.
