Individual Performance definition

Individual Performance means for a given Grantee, the percentage achievement of the annual Individual Objectives of such Grantee as the Committee (or, if applicable, the Administrator) determines, in its discretion.
Individual Performance means the Goods ordered by the Customer on the basis of an Order.

More Definitions of Individual Performance

Individual Performance means, with respect to a Participant, such Participant’s work performance during the Performance Period, which may be assessed by the Administrator based on one or more criteria designated by the Administrator, which criteria may include, but shall not be limited to: personal or team performance and measures such as teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication skills, employee development, project management skills, and leadership, or individual or team business objectives such as performance versus budget, achievement of sales and development targets, and attainment of safety, operational incident, and environmental standards.
Individual Performance means the performance objectives specifically attributable to each Participant reflective of his/her functional area and responsibilities, taking into consideration top Executive’s evaluation of performance in that regard.
Individual Performance means the Plan Participant’s contributions to EA relative to individual performance expectations for the applicable Performance Period, as determined by EA management in its sole and absolute discretion. Individual performance expectations will vary to reflect each Plan Participant’s role in the company. EA may establish a maximum Individual Performance multiplier for any bonus under the Plan or may determine for any particular Plan Participant that the Individual Performance factor is 0 (e.g., when an individual’s performance falls below management’s expectations), in which case, the Plan Participant will not receive a bonus.

The Compensation Committee reserves the right to amend the performance targets to the extent it deems appropriate in order to take into account any material acquisition, disposition, reorganization, recapitalization or other material transaction involving Employer or its properties. It is understood and agreed that the Performance Goals (and corresponding performance targets) for the Third Contract Year shall be determined by the Compensation Committee (after reasonable consultation with Executive) on or about the commencement of the Third Contract Year.
Individual Performance means the value, which shall be no less than zero, determined by the CEO in his or her sole discretion, which shall reflect the Participant’s contribution to the Company’s overall performance and efforts in building a sustainable growth company over the Performance Period.
